02 / Your property

Start with your property.

A home, a hotel and a workshop ask different questions. Open a guide, or explore the dedicated page for your project.

Residential

Residential

Building, renovating or improving your home?

Start with the rooms and appliances. Is this a new build or a renovation? Which equipment is planned, and have you noticed voltage problems?

Send a floor plan or room photos, your appliance list and the project stage. Include your electrician’s materials list if you have one.

Commercial

Commercial

Hotels, kitchens, shops and offices.

Start with how the business operates. What equipment must keep running? What are the operating hours, and is expansion planned?

For a hotel kitchen, include cooking, refrigeration and ventilation equipment. Share drawings, equipment plates and required delivery dates. Ask Mateen about a quotation or survey.

Industrial

Industrial

Machinery, workshops and production.

Start with the machines and processes. What loads are planned? Which motors start together, and what controls or monitoring already exist?

Send machine rating plates, motor details, panel schedules and drawings. Existing power sources and planned expansion help frame the discussion.

03 / How it connects

See what sits behind the switch.

Explore a simplified property. Select a category to highlight where its components may sit and what they do.

Conceptual locations, not a wiring or installation diagram. Protection is coordinated across the system. Stabilizer position and coverage depend on the design; its connection is intentionally not shown.

01

Cables

The routes carrying power to boards, rooms and equipment. Cable size, type and installation method should follow the project specification.

02

Distribution

The board brings outgoing circuits together. Its enclosure, layout and capacity must suit the equipment it houses and the planned installation.

03

Protection

Protective devices can sit inside boards and elsewhere in the system. A stabilizer, where required, addresses voltage regulation; it does not replace circuit protection.

04

Monitoring

Meters help reveal consumption. Timers, contactors and other controls switch or automate equipment. Their location and connections vary with the job.

04 / Your goal

What do you want to achieve?

Start with the outcome. We’ll help you turn your questions into a practical product conversation.

Build or renovate

Tell us the property type, project stage and planned rooms or equipment. A drawing, cable schedule or bill of quantities helps us put together a quotation.

Deal with voltage problems

Describe what happens, when it happens and which equipment is affected. Share any existing readings or rating-plate photos. The cause needs to be understood before choosing a product.

Expand capacity

What equipment are you adding? Send its specifications, your existing board schedule if available, and any planned change to the supply. Request a survey to establish what needs reviewing.

Automate equipment

What should happen automatically, and when? Tell us the equipment model and whether you need a schedule, a sensor trigger or a switching sequence.

Monitor consumption

What do you want to measure: a property, a tenant area or a particular machine? Share the supply arrangement and any existing meters so we can discuss the appropriate measurement approach.

05 / Selected components

Start building your materials list.

Selected cable, protection and monitoring products. Prices reflect the listed selling unit; open each product for its options and specifications.

06 / Help choosing

Before you place the order.

A few checks can make your enquiry much more useful. If you don’t know an answer, a photo or a drawing is a good starting point.

Single-phase or three-phase?

The supply arrangement affects which products can be used. Check your existing documentation or share a clear photo of accessible labels and equipment plates.

If you are unsure, tell us. We can clarify what information is needed or discuss a survey.

What will the system power?

List the appliances, machines and equipment planned for the property. Rating-plate photos help identify their stated requirements.

Tell us what runs at the same time and what you may add later. Motor starting and operating loads are part of the design conversation.

Read more than the headline rating

Products with the same headline rating can differ in phase, poles, voltage, protection function, breaking capacity, mounting or control voltage.

Use the complete specification. For a replacement, send the model reference and a clear photo of its markings.

What is included in a board?

A listing may be an empty enclosure, a distribution board with specified components, or a more complete assembly.

Confirm dimensions, ways, phase, included devices and matching accessories before ordering. Share the circuit schedule or drawing where available.

Metres and rolls are different quantities

A price per metre is not a price per roll. Check the selling unit and stated roll length on the selected product.

Send lengths by cable type, size and colour. Ask us to confirm cutting requirements and the order quantities.

Existing sources and site conditions

Tell us about the incoming supply and any generator, inverter or other existing power source. Share known voltage issues, installation location and equipment already in place.

This helps frame questions about changeover, protection and controls. A final installation plan depends on the actual site and specifications.

Bring us your plans. We’ll help with the next step.

Send your equipment list, drawing, materials list or a photo. Tell us what you are working on and when you need it.
